We provide simple and very flexible custom-made sandwich panels, doors and windows which can be fitted to the design of your building and provide quiet and effective ventilation. If needed we can utilize our global network of highly regarded partners to provide the special fans, doors, or any other accessories that you require. After we jointly have settled on you design and possibilities it takes 4-6 weeks to produce and ship across Europe and roughly 7 weeks to the rest of the world.

About the panels

The panels consist of a core of non-flammable cross-layered mineral wool in varying densities with good thermal properties and high resistance to fire. A panel system can be self-supporting at a free span of up to 6000 mm in length, which completely avoids the need for a steel construction. The roof of a machine enclosure with a maximum free span can handle up to 150 kg in point load. In addition to saving steel construction, it also provides faster assembly and reduces the chance for installation errors. The end result is a panel with high durability and excellent sound reduction, and the profile design of our panel edges provides one of the most useful and flexible joint systems available on the market. Exterior surfaces are aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized steel plate. Choose from a wide variety of decorative finishes including a transparent lacquered galvanized finish, painted finishes, or a PVC-clad decorative finish in a variety of colors. ​

Noise reduction

All panel variants for acoustical buildings are tested in a sound lab and are provided with diagrams that show the exact results. The system is tested and approved for sound reductions up to 49 dB and can, if needed, be equipped with perforated steel sheets for even better sound absorption. Depending on the choice of thickness and configuration, sound reduction for the panels ranges from 28 to 52 dB Rw. When it comes to acoustical properties, the wall system fulfills the market’s most stringent demands for sound reduction and sound absorption. The highest sound reduction is obtained with a panel thickness of 70 mm. When maximum sound absorption is needed, we supply panels with perforated surfaces with a membrane glued between the sheet metal and the cross-layered insulation. This solution prevents the escape of particles from the core material.

Ease of installation minimizing downtime

Our acoustic solutions are very easy to install. You can choose to do it yourself, or we can send a supervisor or a team to set up the solution for you. By utilizing an effective 'LEGO' style, the installation process of sandwich panels usually takes only one-third of the time of traditional building methods. This is especially advantageous if it is necessary to shut down your production while the panel system is being installed. Usually, most of the system can be assembled around the machine before installation, minimizing the expense of having the machine turned off. Components can be easily cut and drilled onsite, providing the opportunity to easily adapt to existing dimensions at the job site and make any needed last-minute changes. ​​

Thermal insulation

Due to the sandwich design, with a core of insulation material, a comfortable indoor climate is obtained in the area (e.g., semi-heated storage units, delivery sheds, and hangars). Each panel can be exchanged, and the entire system can be moved and reused. The panels are supplied in thicknesses appropriate for the environments in which they will be installed. If the demand is for high thermal insulation, panel thickness is increased. The wall system is manufactured with high-density, cross-layered mineral wool that is glued in staves, producing an extremely strong sandwich construction that makes the installation self-supporting and avoids the need for costly joist systems. The wall system with mineral wool fulfills fire safety demands up to EI60. The polyester-painted surface finish is entirely free from halogen and PVC-clad surfaces comply with surface finish Class 1 in accordance with Swedish National Board of Housing, Building, and Planning guidelines. Alternatively, we can replace the mineral wool core with EPS insulation if there are no demands for fire insulation or sound insulation.

Logistics and lead time

We custom package and ship to any location across the globe. Our highly efficient shipping department has many years of experience with both land and sea transports and taking care of all of the necessary documents and transfers. We have a lead time of 3-5 weeks on a global scale. For small, urgent European projects, we have standard panels warehoused throughout Europe, allowing for a very short lead time. The wall system is normally delivered with custom height and width modules as specified by our customers, allowing quick installation without having to make cuts on-site. Deliveries are often in the form of a complete system, including our own modular windows and doors, and all deliveries can be kit-packaged into systems according to customer preferences.
